I am Na’Imah Hanan Ford an Associate Professor of African Diaspora Literature and an Instructional Designer with more than 25 years of instructional experience in Higher Education. I served as Chair of the Department of English & Modern Languages at Florida A&M University. I believe that instructional design is a creative path toward goals and objectives and I understand fully how to take complex content and turn it into sophisticated models for engaging learner experiences.
