To acquire a position as the Director of the Teaching and Learning Center at Florida A&M University. Within this position, I would like to be a catalyst for teaching excellence, innovation, and inclusiveness. I can deliver orientations and instructional support, peer mentoring and coaching activities , as well as design and implement learning communities and training. I will work collaboratively with organizational support teams and others to implement program initiatives. I embrace AI and believe in harnessing its utility for teaching and learning responsibly and ethically. Moreover, I will consistently engage in SOTL research and continue my research agenda in the field of African Diaspora Literature and Theory.
